Named after the vibrant and eclectic South Congress district of Austin, TX, The SoCo® LC combines some of the most well-loved features and sounds from the heritage of semi-hollow guitars with a distinctive look and feel. The 15″ lower bout provides comfort and balance with exceptional note articulation. The single cutaway body design makes for greater mass and contact in the neck joint, providing solid low-end response and a resonance you can feel throughout the instrument.

The SoCo® LC features ungrained ivoroid binding on the body and fingerboard with no peghead binding.

The SoCo® and SoCo® Deluxe bodies and tops are carved from solid mahogany and maple and feature a maple center block. These solid wood models offer a clear, detailed, harmonically rich tone that shows off the acoustic characteristics of the tonewoods.
The SoCo® LC and SoCo® LC Deluxe bodies are built using our proprietary laminate construction (“LC”) formulas and techniques and feature a maple/spruce center block. These laminate guitars produce a drier, woodier, and mid-forward tone characteristic of classic semi-hollow guitars.
