The Taylor Custom Catch series is starting a new tradition: unique one-off guitars made with only the finest cuts of hardwood, premium binding, and top-notch hardware. These guitars are revealed each year at the NAMM trade show, and each Custom Catch is numbered for authenticity and available for only a limited time. Custom Catch #3 offers plenty of warm definition and strength that makes for a great all-purpose studio or stage guitar. It pairs Taylor’s refined Grand Pacific square-shouldered body shape with sustainably-sourced Californian urban ash back and sides for a distinct, clear, and modern voice. Also onboard are ES2 electronics, hardwood binding crafted from flame maple, an ebony fingerboard (responsibly sourced from Western Africa by Crelicam), and rare Art Deco inlays carved from cocobolo wood. Custom Catch #3 is limited to just 20 guitars worldwide and only one will be sold here at Fuller's.
