We offer free shipping on all orders.
Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via the ground shipping method of our choice. While some shipments may take a week or more to arrive, most items will arrive in two to three business days.
Free shipping is limited to items being sent to the Lower 48 United States, and is not available for shipments to PO Boxes. This offer is not valid on any purchase made with a purchase order.
Fuller's Guitar reserves the right to amend this free shipping offer at any time.
If paying with a credit card, your billing and shipping address must match or it will delay your order while we verify your information. If you routinely ship to somewhere different than your billing address, you can speed up this process by adding the shipping address to your credit card issuers' records.
For orders placed with overnight shipping, our cutoff time for receiving the order is 3PM Central Standard Time. Please be advised that, due to shippers limitations, we cannot guarantee overnight shipping to every location. Please contact us if you have questions or for more information regarding overnight shipping.
For any returns, please contact us, or call 713-880-2188 during normal business hours. Returns are accepted for any reason, as long as it has been less than 7 days from receiving the guitar. Just contact us, and return the guitar in the same package and in the same condition for a refund of the price of the item. Thank you!
