The Fender Custom Shop Mary Kaye Tribute Stratocaster is a gorgeous Master-Built guitar that features a premium ash body complemented by a beautiful one-piece maple neck and elegant gold hardware. The thin White Blonde nitrocellulose lacquer finish has been given the Closet Classic treatment meaning; it has been built as if it was bought new in its respective year, played maybe a few times a year and then put carefully away. It has a few small dings, a mildly checked finish, lightly oxidized hardware and aged plastic parts.
As an added feature, the Mary Kaye Tribute Stratocaster is fitted with a set of custom pickups that have been individually hand-wound by Fender's pickup winding icon, Abigail Ybarra.
