 This modern CF-100E continues on the all of the features that made the original a true icon! The back and sides are created from solid, Honduran Mahogany. The top of solid Sitka Spruce is gently pre-tensioned, to give the small body much greater projection qualities. The neck is Mahogany, fully bound, and offers up a rosewood fingerboard, and Les Paul style Mother of Pearl trapezoid inlays, just like the original.To further complement this retro package, a Gibson P-90 pickup is mounted just above the soundhole, controlled by a volume and tone control, with Gibson Speed Knobs just as it was done in 51.
